Injury emergencies: Managing injuries like bleeding, burns, fractures, and shock. Environmental emergencies: Addressing situations like heat and cold injuries. Preventing illness and injury: Learning about preventative measures. Who should take it: Anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid for job, regulatory, or other requirements. People who want to be prepared to help in emergency situations.

Cancellation Policy
1. Course Enrollment By enrolling in any Be Defined Training courses, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Participants must complete the registration process, providing accurate personal information, and adhere to any course-specific requirements. 2. Course Fees and Payments All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment options include, but not limited to, credit card, debit card, money order, and cash. A receipt will be provided upon payment. 3. Certification Hold Certification for the course will only be provided once full payment is received. If the participant has an outstanding balance, Be Defined Training reserves the right to withhold the certification until the balance is settled. Failed Course Policy: If a participant fails to pass the course, they may attend another class and pay the$20 administration fee. No refunds are given for failed courses. Cancelled Class Policy: Be Defined Training reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. If a class is canceled, participants will be offered a transfer to a different class or a full refund. Waiver of Liability: By participating in a course, you waive the right to any claims for injuries sustained during the course or any subsequent activities. You agree to hold harmless Be Defined Training for any injuries you may inflict on others as a result of the training. Acknowledgment of Risks: You acknowledge the risks involved in attending a CPR instruction course and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, including death, damages, or losses. You release Be Defined Training from any claims arising from participation in the course. Agreement and Waiver: By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so on behalf of yourself or any other party. You also acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, and you release Be Defined Training from liability for any claims arising from participation. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer: Be Defined Training is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Be Defined Training does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
