Sherry Beckham founded Be Defined Training and Companion Care in 2023.  The company evolved into Divine CPR Plus to reflect its purpose-driven mission. Building on a robust 20+ years in the health field, her experience began in roles like Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Community Healthcare Worker, and Caregiver, which provided a vast, hands-on clinical foundation. Sherry witnessed firsthand the life-or-death difference that quick, confident action can make in an emergency. Her personal journey into teaching began when she assisted her brother, a registered nurse, with a CPR class. This experience ignited a new purpose, and she quickly discovered the joy of watching people from all walks of life gain confidence and learn lifesaving skills. Driven by this new passion and her brother’s subsequent health challenges, she became a Certified Instructor, culminating in the opening of this training center.​

 

This passion directly informs the center's mission: teaching prevention, emergency response education, and safety training through high-quality, hands-on instruction in CPR, AED, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and other CPR programs. Her dedication sets the standard for Divine CPR Plus. She ensures that every instructor and every course reflects her deep real-world expertise and genuine passion, guaranteeing that you learn not just the steps, but how to react with unshakeable confidence and genuine compassion.
