Cancellation Policy

CPR Terms & Waiver By clicking "Submit" or "Register," you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Divine CPR Plus, home of Be Defined Training & Companion Care LLC CPR Terms & Waiver. Your electronic submission constitutes acceptance of these terms and serves as a legally binding agreement. Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Registration fees, transfer fees, manuals, course materials, masks, supplies, and related costs are nonrefundable. Participants who withdraw, leave early, fail to attend, or discontinue a course for any reason are not eligible for refunds or credits. Transfer Policy: One (1) class reschedule per registration is permitted if space is available and the new class occurs within thirty (30) days of the original class date. Requests must be made before the scheduled class begins by contacting Divine CPR Plus at 513-400-3793. No Show/Course Completion Policy: Participants who fail to attend, arrive late and cannot complete required instruction, fail to complete prerequisites, or fail to meet course requirements forfeit registration fees and are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Retraining may require an additional fee. Class Cancellation: Divine CPR Plus reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive a transfer option or full refund. Assumption of Risk and Consent: CPR, AED, BLS, and First Aid courses involve hands-on participation including kneeling, repetitive movement, chest compressions, lifting equipment, and physical activity. By registering, you voluntarily consent to participate and acknowledge these activities may involve physical exertion and inherent risks including soreness, injury, illness, or other unforeseen risks. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, you release and hold harmless Divine CPR Plus, Be Defined Training & Companion Care LLC, and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising out of participation, including claims related to ordinary negligence. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by Ohio law, and any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Hamilton County, Ohio. By submitting registration, you acknowledge that you have read and voluntarily agreed to these terms, including the waiver of certain legal rights.
