Cancellation Policy

Divine CPR Plus Service Agreement (Key Policies) Terms and Conditions • Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Class fees, transfer fees, and class materials (manuals, masks, supplies) are non-refundable. Participants who leave a class for any reason will not receive a refund or be eligible for a transfer. • Transfer Policy: One (1) class reschedule is allowed per registration, only if space is available in a future class within 60 days of the original date. An applicable transfer fee must be paid: o CPR/AED: $20 o CPR/AED/First Aid: $25 o BLS/BLS Renewal/BLS Skills Session: $20 • No Show/Failure Policies: Participants who are a no-show or who fail to complete pre-course requirements forfeit all registration fees and are not eligible for a refund or transfer. If a participant fails to pass the course, they may attend another class by paying the applicable transfer fee; no refund is given for failed courses. • Cancelled Class Policy: Divine CPR Plus may cancel classes. Registered participants will be offered a transfer at no charge or a full refund. Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Read carefully: By accepting, you waive significant rights, including the right to sue. You acknowledge the inherent risks of physical injury, including death, in CPR instruction and related activities. In exchange for instruction and certification, you, your heirs, and assigns release, waive, and discharge Divine CPR Plus (and its subsidiaries, officers, employees, contractors, etc.) from all liability and claims for injuries, damages, or losses (physical, fiscal, or otherwise) sustained by you or inflicted upon others arising out of or connected with the course. You agree to indemnify and hold Divine CPR Plus harmless against any and all third-party claims, costs, or damages related to your use of their services. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio, for any disputes. If any part of this agreement is found unlawful, the remainder remains in effect. BY CLICKING TO REGISTER, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE WAIVER OF SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, SUCH AS THE RIGHT TO SUE.
